Rodeo operates in Italy and all over the world in multiple sectors such as shipbuilding, petrochemical, chemical, energy, food and pharmaceutical. Having equipment for on-shore and off-shore construction sites, we are able to work both at our warehouse and within the customer’s areas.

The company mainly deals with:

Through its qualified welders in accordance with ASME, EN, AWS, EEMUA codes, the company covers the main welding types such as GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW.

The staff is qualified with the appropriate certificates required for the most delicate activities, operating in full compliance with the strictest safety and quality requirements.

Rodeo s.r.l., is proud to have inside its organisation:

  • N. 2 European Welding Engineers / Technologists, certified under the international certification ISO 14731: 2006 European Welding Federation;
  • N. 1 CND Level III Inspector, certified in accordance with the UNI ISO 9712 standard by CICPND (Centro Italiano di Coordinamento per le Prove Non Distruttive);
  • N. 4 Welding Inspectors IIS / TWI, of which n. 1 Inspector RT, MT, UT, LP UNI ISO 9712 / ASNT-TC-1A.

The company has significant experience in the major international construction codes including ASME, AWS, EEMUA, EN, API, ENI / AGIP, ABS and DNV rules, as well as 50 PQRs on the main materials such as 625/825, Duplex, Super Duplex, CuNi, high and low alloyed, stainless Carbon Steel and Titanium. In addition, part of the staff holds Bosiet and Mist certificates for OffShore activities.

History

Rodeo was founded in 2017 by professionals with over thirty years of experience in the Petrochemical, Naval and Oil&Gas sectors.
The precise will to use only highly qualified personnel has immediately allowed the company to achieve high performances that have stimulated the trust of stakeholders and retained customers such as Rosetti Marino S.p.A., Saipem S.p.A., Total SA and TechinipFMC PLC.

In a short time, Rodeo has achieved a production capacity of about 1,000 tons per year of carpentry and piping, 80% of which is exported abroad.
After a first opening in the port of Ravenna, Rodeo has decided to move in 2021 its headquarters in the industrial area of Forlì acquiring an area of about 5000 square meters on which it has built warehouses and offices for a total of 2000 square meters of operational site.
